Set in Harrowmire, a decaying city teetering on the edge of chaos, it is a game of intrigue, investigation, and combat.
Stories in When the Moon Hangs Low can cover a range of themes; from hunting vile beasts through collapsing sewers, to investigating gruesome murders, to intrigue and politics in the heart of the city.
Set in a low fantasy world on the cusp of the industrial revolution, When the Moon Hangs Low is inspired by games such as Bloodborne, Darkest Dungeon, and Kentaro Miura’s manga series Berserk. It is a game in which tragic heroes pit themselves against monsterous forces with gunpowder, steel, strange powers, and grim resolve.

This book a complete, self contained roleplaying game; everything you need to run or play the game is contained in the pdf. All you need beside this book is a handful of 6 sided dice, some friends and a dark imagination.
