Beginning adventure designed for BareBones Fantasy
Being sent north on an errand was supposed to be a treat, not to mention a break from toil during harvest time. The north road means Trestlewood, and Trestlewood means honey ale – the best ale in the kingdom! Nor are you disappointed. Your errand, however, takes you further north from Trestlewood to the manorial estates of lord Lockton. Your liege, the baron, has missed his friend at court and fears something has happened. Lockton Manor is the northernmost fief of baron Collingwood, and as you near the estates, you find the road is overgrown; a heavy air of dread engulfs you. But, on the other hand, the sudden thought of toiling in the lord’s fields sounds more appealing.
