What we have here is a compilation of 200 plots/events designed for your modern and contemporary cosmic horror adventure. In addition, there are some other tables with creatures, cursed books, mysterious artifacts, and incredibly strange cities.
Although “cosmic horror” immediately evokes Lovecraft, I have also included some plots that relate to “cosmic” pulp adventures, linked to more traditional horror or even more scientific biases.
These events can be used with any system and setting of the genre (like Cthullu Dark, Trail of Cthulhu, COC, and many others), and even though they were designed for a contemporary scenario, they can be easily adapted to other genres/settings, such as fantasy or cyberpunk, with little effort.
