This supplement includes the Jester (Rogue) and College of the Clown (Bard) subclasses. Learn the art of Balloonomancy as a College of the Clown Bard, or set up your enemies and knock’em down with sick punchlines as a Jester Rogue.

We also includes four new magic items The Handshake, Clown Carriage, Fabulous Flower, and Hammer of Bonking.
