A vicious golden badger has made a lair in a gold mine controlled by two groups of loosely allied Drow and Hobgoblins.
The Drow and Hobgoblins are unable to kill the magical badger, but now they have captured some unlucky adventurers, and thrown them into the mine to kill it, or soften it up for them.
